[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all, this razor took about 3x longer to shave with than a regular razor. The one and only thing I liked was how quiet it was. Second, this razor does NOT provide a good close shave. I still have several longer hairs it just wouldn't catch, even after I stretched my skin several ways, tried to get the hair to stand up straighter, etc. and it just couldn't catch it, but it gave me some nice razor burn all around it. The trimmer on the back was utterly useless and did nothing. Really, this unit is junk.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been using it for about two months. Its less noisy and light but when it comes to a “clean shave”, my old philishave which is more than 10 years old, does a way better job.

I bought this model on a whim. The user guide has information on lots of accessories which apparently aren’t for sale separately. I can’t buy a charge stand, nose hair trimmer, cleaner, etc. The only accessories for sale seem to be a beard trimmer and replacement blades. If I would have known, I would have chosen differently.

I have been a loyal customer of your product for over 30 years and you have lost this customer. I purchased the razer on 2-3-25, it does not save well and making clicking noise. I order new item, and received heavily used item and the charger does not work.

I bought this item as new, unfortunately it is not. It is either an open box, or returned item. The wires out of the plastic case. The box has custom tape. Also this is the second item I buy where it is used. The first item manual was faded and the box was open. I did not give a review to the first item and decided to give them a second chance. The issue is I never buy used Electronics and they should have advertised the item as open box or returned or used. I am very disappointed.
