Due to loose usb c port on my Razer Phone 2 I can no longer use my Razer Kishi. Bought Razer Junglecat with high hopes which were then quickly dashed by Bluetooth disconnecttivity issues. All Razer productsand all with known product issues. Avoid Razer mobile products.

It's not comfortable to hold at all, would probably be better for smaller children since the controllers are small. It's also not stable at all even with the phone cases that Razer provided. The button arrangement makes you strain you're fingers too much, nice concept but let's see if they come out with something better.

I am on my second pair of these and they are having the same issue. The secondary controller (which connects to the one that connects to your phone) keeps disconnecting every thirty seconds. Apparently this is a common issue with Razer Phones, which seems pretty ridiculous given this is a Razer controller. I've tried everything and tech support could offer no solutions, so looks like I'm just going to submit for a refund. Real shame.

Once the rails on the case brake it is mostly useless. The case wasn't made to be sturdy so this issue will come along faster than expected

I use this with the Razer 2 phone and continually have issues with bluetooth connectivity. While playing the bluetooth will disconnect and inhibit my actions in whatever game I am playing. Also the controllers are a bit small for my hands (average man hand size). If you have an xbox controller with bluetooth I would recommend just playing with that and buying one of those controller clips for the phone. If you have to purchase one its only about $60 so its cheaper than this anyways.

The built quality is outstanding, good materials, feels solid, I do like the clicking buttons, but... 1- No charging cables. For some reason Razer didn't think that was necessary a charging cable (you need 2), since each control charges separate. 2- Razer Gamepad app. That app is a mess and Everytime I try to use it with Fortnite is a mess, just random buttons click everywhere, shooting to nothing while swapping weapons. 3- The case. Why to cover the RGB logo on the Razer Phone 2 case? Is a Razer brand controller... 4- Connectivity. This controller works like Bluetooth earbuds, one gets conected direct to the phone Bluetooth and the other to the other controller, but the one that is conected to the controller keeps disconnecting every once in a while, and obviously for a couple second you can not use it. I do not recommend this Razer controller. I'm disappointed.

This might be a good product, but the buttons are so clicky and loud that you can forget about using this when traveling without bothering everyone around you. Really regret spending all that money on this.
