The included Razer app for this controller is hot garbage. Your better off using stock Octopus app with it (octopus works with it) but... some games don't like Octopus (I wonder why... sarcasm). COD builtin gamepad detection doesn't work with it, I tried using PS4 controller, that gets detected. I had to use a third party app called Panda to make it work with COD, again, Razer app doesn't work with COD. The panda app is bad, requires authentication with a PC if you aren't using a rooted phone. But it works, and it's not an pleasant experience. The experience is like going to the toilet with paper towels, it gets the job done, but if given the choice, you wouldn't use it. This is a 120 dollar product (at the time I bought this product), I want better support for it. Out of many games, only a *few* could detect the Razer Junglecat as a native gamepad with automatic support. When it did get detected, it was as good an experience as a PS4 controller. Yea, the PS4 controller is detected by almost every single game I play, but the Razer controller, good luck. Regarding some of the reviews about the controllers being detected as separate Player 1 and Player 2. That is true and false at the same time. To avoid this issue, make sure you turn off BOTH at the same time and unlink them (both controllers) in the bluetooth profile. Turn BOTH controllers on, then in the bluetooth, sync up with EITHER controller (but NOT BOTH at the same time!). This will cause the other one to sync up automatically without showing up with two individual ones. So if you sync up with the R controller first, the L controller will automatically connect and WILL NOT show up as an individual controller. The bluetooth profile will say "Junglecat R connected" but "Junglecat L" will not show up as connected, DESPITE it is. This will work vice versa, so it wouldn't matter which one is connected first. Just remember if, for some reason, you connect the controllers separately with "R and L", then you would end up using them as two controllers. Delete/unlink one of them, turn off both controllers, turn them both on at the same time, they should merge and only show up as one controller! So yes, there are a lot off issues, my biggest hot beef is with poor/almost non-existent support for the controller being my No. 1 beef. Controllers are no good if most games can't make use of them. Hardware-wise, I don't have time to complain. PS: Oh, the clicky clicky noise is much louder than my PS4 controller buttons, might be a concern. The cases are all hard plastic with no shock absorbance at all, offers 0% drop protection. Also NO INCLUDED CHARGING CABLE, not even a 15cm cable! But these issues are overshadowed by the biggest downfall. Almost negligible SOFTWARE support to make them work.... Hello, jeezus, how do you expect us to use your product Razer?!

Great controller which worked and paired well with my Razer Phone until the right controller stopped working.

Not cool at all, uses Bluetooth and needs overlay to work on non supported games and that doesn't even work well.

It's werid that's on the box they have Fortnite Avatars and my little bro could not play Fortnite with them.

It was great while it lasted but it stopped working last night after 5 months of moderate use. Don't bother with this model, maybe the newly released Kenshi will be better.

For the price it seems like a gimmick, poor button layout, in most cases the games are controlled better on screen. Not enough games exsist that are compatible for the price of this.

Bought this solely for emulators. Works great when it works. Once in a while the d-pad runs it's own course. For example, the character would walk to the right although I'm not pressing anything. Makes me think if it's the hardware or just my unit alone. So far happens with 3 different emulators. Same thing. Very annoying.

I enjoyed using this product until the buttons started sticking. My game characters would keep running when I stop and have to jiggle it to unstick the direction pad. I am a very clean person so it wasn't due to dirt, food or drinks. I ended up throwing this away and just sticking to my mouse and key board. Don't buy. Great latency though.

The device was not well thought out. The controllers randomly De-synch and the software only works with a few games. The whole format feels like it was designed to work with only paying devs and feels like a cheap knock-off of a nintendo switch. ( I use to love Razer products but they have really gone down hill over the last few years.
