I just put our door handle on a few days ago. It was pretty easy put on. The only complaint that I have about the doorhandle is that the lock and unlock button functions are opposite so if you want to unlock the door, you have to press the lock button other than that it’s great.

Great product especially for the cost. Looks and works great, and definitely worth what I paid. I highly recommend

I bought one of these locks about 5 years ago. It has worked great so I decided to buy another set for another door and one for a birthday gift.

I just installed this keypad and handleset last night so its fresh on my mind. Overall - I am pleased with this unit and would recommend it. Here are some things to be aware of: Pros: This is a SOLID piece of hardware that looks fantastic The locking mechanism works well and is really easy to program This level of quality is hard to beat for the price The instructions were sufficient and the pictures were helpful. The bottom of the handle actually requires drilling through the door and securing with a finishing bolt on the interior side so its much more secure. Cons: This set only came with square finishing/strike plates. If your door already has rounded receptacles, be prepared to grind them to make them fit The keys that come with this set work fine on the set, but do not fit well in other "keyable" lock sets. We were hoping to use the keys that same with this set as our master key, but the KwikSet deadbolts we bought for the other doors wouldnt accept the MiLock key. The electric motor that activates the deadbolt is kind of loud. Its a minor issue, but if near-silent operation is important for you - be aware.

I love the convenience of my new lock! I would have given it 5 stars if the written directions were a bit easier to understand.Mostly just pictures and they were very small and blurry. The part that is supposed to be adjustable for different holes in the door was very confusing. The top piece for the lock was fairly easy but the handle part didn't tell me I had to remove a part inside it to make it longer. When I discovered that it was hard to get out and I was afraid to damage the part. Once that was done it was pretty easy. Could have saved myself several hours of frustration...if the directions were better explained.
