I bought this for my parents house and it is really great quality and easy to install and to set a code. It will also set off an alarm if the code is enter incorrectly too many times, which I think is a good security measure. The only downside is that it doesn’t automatically lock after some time. You have to lock it manually. Other than that, we’ve enjoyed it and it’s made life a little easier.

Very happy with how it works. Easy to program too. They didn't think through the placement of the holes in the knob too well. The long screws need to go in the two holes by the knob but the angle doesn't work. Had to force the screws which left the threads a little messed up but it worked out in the end.

I love not having to get my keys out! My kids can even open the door when my hands are full. For simple functionality, I give it 5 stars. The keypad and handle are a slightly different color - one is shinier and not quite as 'brushed' as the other piece - and for that I have to give it one less star. All around, one of the best investments we've made for our home!

First of all, arrived on time and complete. The instructions were a bit genetic and a little bit translated but was able to install after a great call to customer support! That's right, great support. A few questions were answered and everything worked. I wanted an internet connected lock, but in my mind, they are not ready for prime time; so I ordered this lock. You just can't beat it this lock set for the price.

Love how it works. There wasn't enough labeling of the parts to identify which acres to use to attach the inside piece, and it looks to me like I'm missing a screw.... but it still works great with just the one screw. I love not using a key to get in my house! Very convenient

had to modify the door some to get the assembly to install or fit correctly programming not too bad, good looking assembly and not real bad for the money.

Looked great but missing parts.and instructions. No keys no latch no instructions how to program lock. I have never had this problem before and returned and purchaused another one.and hope everything is included this time.

Only bad thing is I couldn't use the bottom. The handle screw hole is different than my current one. The keypad was almost identical to my current deadbolt and didn't have to adjust anything

Looks beautiful and easy to install, directions could of been much better!
