Good lock. Have a locksmith installed. But was easy to program. All instructions were included and easy to follow and even fixing an issue was in a label.

Hello buyers, Look wise it’s a great product but the functionality wise I am starting to have some issue already and I just purchased it last month. I don’t like so many things about it. I really regret buying it. I works but I don’t know how long it’s going to last us and I don’t wanna go through the hassle of changing it back. Just save yourself sometime and effort and get something else.

Item came quickly! Lock was what I wanted but color was off, suppose to be gold but it had a reddish color to it...also dead bolt doesn’t sometimes!!

The keypad is brushed much more than the handle. The handle looks shiny chrome until you get close and can see the slight brush marks. I had a replacement shipped out and it was the same. Functionally, it installed very easily and works great!

Product seems to break easily when using the auto lock....especially in colder temperatures.

This product is ok. It’s a good quality for the money.

The finish of the lock does not match the handle. The handle template for installation is not accurate either. The products works great though, overall it's nice to have.

The keypad gets stuck and makes a beeping sound every once in awhile and can only be fixed with the key. I have tried to write to the company two times and they have not responded.

Good product, well made. Color is very nice. Only three stars because it came scratched.
