It works okay. Door handle sticks at times, and code malfunction at times. Cheaply made.

It does the job, but it's so loud!

Worked great for the first few months but now is malfunctioning a bit even after changing the batteries, it will relock itself after putting the code in and unlocking halfway, it sometimes wont accept the code, i will be replacing the touchpad soon i have a feeling

I ordered the doorknob set and received it in good time. I had my son try to install it with my help. We got it installed after 2 days of messing with it. Couldn't get it to co-operate. Ended up with the combination unlocking and locking the door like it is supposed to except it won't let you take the key out. If you take the key out it binds up and won't lock the door. Works good with the key in. Just need some good instructions or someone that knows how to fix it.

Well, when I received it, I called my son over to help me install it. We worked all day and got it installed but it didn't work properly. It would lock but you couldn't get the key out. No matter what we tried we could not make it work properly. The key would lock it and you could take the key out but when you tried to lock it with the code it would bind up and not lock. I waited awhile like a few days and took it apart myself and read the instructions and double checked what we did and when I put it back together it worked. I am happy now. I really like it. I would say the instructions are not clear enough.

Loved this lock/handle when it was working. Easy to program and use. Unfortunately ours had the issue of not pulling the bolt in after only 1 -1/2 weeks use. It locked us out of the house first the locked us in the next day!!! Thankfully we have several doors to use. Sadly sent it back and went a different route.

The handleset is shorter than the one currently on my door. I guess I should have taken measurements???

The only product that I find it is cheap and not a good fit for me Andy family

When I purchased this a year ago it was easy to install and worked fine. After a year of use the deadbolt still works but the handle no longer works from the outside. I now have to purchase a new handle for this so overall not worth it.

Very cheap....did not work out of the box 2X. I called their customer service line several times to try and get technical help. No one answers or calls back. I got frustrated with all the wasted time and $20 dollars in batteries and sent 2 sets back. Very poor product.
