Tried to return this product and there is no return label, no free return. I took it to UPS and was told it would cost $80 to ship back. That is the cost of the product to begin with. Terrible!

These weights work, but are cumbersome and inconvenient to move. It’s also difficult to insert/remove the pins that keep them locked in place. They’re also hideous.

Even the slightest wind will knock over my umbrella! Do not buy unless you live somewhere the wind doesn't blow!

Gave one star for sturdiness because in less than 4 months all 4 were nibbled at by squirrels enough that they no longer hold water.

Not engineered properly two of the pieces should be heavier than the other two as the wait was all on one side

I started to fill the first section with water and about half way full it burst and water started shooting out several holes in the bottom of the base. Packed it back in the box and returned it immediately.

Very cheap product! We bought umbrella and the square base stand. It ended up leaking a small continuous drip. Then we had to PAY $100 to return the stand along with the umbrella which was pour quality. Be careful when buying online and not seeing the product in person first. We unfortunately learned our lesson with this one!

For 4 plastic containers these are WAY overpriced. One has a pinhole leak where the plastic mold is recessed.

Was listed as frequently bought together but does not fit umbrella. Now, they want me to return it to the UK???? How is a UK seller listed on regular Amazon ??? Avoid the seller and the products !!!

Did not include connector hooks so unable to connect pieces. Would return if it wasn’t a hassle.
