One of the squares leaked from day one and would not hold water. Can be fixed with epoxy but Annoying quality control.

One of the squares was broken when delivered. Felt like a waste of money.

The holes are way too small to pour and in, not convenient.

Broke in the first time of filling in water. Very weak plastic, not durable. I know it is not designed to have someone stands or jump on it but imagine you have these on your patio, the kids or someone will definitely step on it or even jump. The material is not durable enough to handle situation like that.

The threads on this are poorly made, so much so that you cannot tighten it securely and water leaks out. We contacted Best Choice Products and they promptly responded. they offered to replace or return the item, including free return shipping, or to refund 15%.

As indicated in headline, the item is not well manufactured. 50% of the fixing bars don't fit into the holes of the base. Also, the smell of the base, when it was being filled with water, was noxious.

One of the 4 pieces of cantilever stand base does not cap tight, so water leaks and have to fill often, tried to put some cloth etc. to avoid the leak from from cap threading, but does not work.

We live in a somewhat windy area and this is still not heavy enough by a long shot. We filled it with water. I guess it would be ok if it was somewhere with little to no wind, but anything more than that and you will have to put something else on top of this as well for weight.

Not very long lasting. One of the holder cracked at the seam already. Can’t even use my umbrella now unless I buy another set of these.
