We bought the umbrella and didn't think we would need the base. I'm so glad we went back and purchased it. The umbrella wants to fall over - but the base holds it in place. I love it!

These work great for and area where you can't bolt down the umbrella base. Even with wind they held it in place.

They fit my cantilever umbrella well. I liked that they came with the brackets to lock them all together. It hasn't tipped over, even when I forgot to close it during a thunderstorm.

perfect for our umbrella

Easy to assemble. I filled it with water and placed 2-70 pound bags of sand on top because we get some high winds at times and I didn't want to take my chances.
