Tiles are now perfect!! I had the previous version and had them everywhere. Keys, bags, briefcase, suitcases. Amazing!! Only problem was the old version only lasted a year and you couldn’t replace the battery. You had to get new ones. The manufacturer sold replacements at a discount but what a pain. This new model has a replaceable battery and longer range. Since it’s bluetooth, it needs to be around someone that’s running the app to get picked up but there are millions of users. This is a Real Story. I left my keys with the tile on them at a security checkpoint. From time to time I would get a notification that my keys had been located. When I went back to the airport, the person at lost and found said if we didn’t contact you based on a missing item report, I was wasting my time. She would need a complete description and it could take hours to find the keys because they had thousands to go through and it could take all day, and she couldn’t guarantee they were even there. She showed me three GIANT boxes full of KEYS!! I clicked the locator on my phone and I wish I had taken a picture of her face when we heard the ringing!! “Still not sure if my keys aren’t even here???” It has paid for itself many times over!! Added bonuses! 1. the tile helps u find your phone if you misplace it even if it’s on silent!! 2. Put one in your car. It saves your last location. Easily locate it on a map when you forget where you left your car in a giant parking lot. 3. Suitcases. You can take a walk on the plane and see if your bags were loaded! Would love to hear other uses people have for them. You HAVE to have these!!! What would make it even better? Make them water proof!

I'm legally-blind. I lose many things that are for all intents and purposes i"in plain sight". It drives my family and me nuts looking for my lost phone, or even worse my misplaced white cane. A friend of mine is also blind. She showed me how she had a white tile connected to a lanyard that helped her locate her backpack, phone and cane. The tile has been life-changing for me. The app is user friendly, and the batteries are replaceable. One tile can locate two things. The cool thing is you can use the app from your phone to find the tile (and whatever you've attached it too) and the tile can be used to find the phone. So, you don't need to get a tile for phone, as long it's Bluetooth is on, and in range, you can find the phone. The phone app also has software so that you can locate your phone if it's out of range of your tile. There are quite a few options. Recently I gave one to my fully sighted friend after we spent several minutes looking for her phone that turned out to be buried in the bottom of her purse. Once she had the tile in use her family so relieved at not having to call her phone to help her locate it, that they sent me a thank you note. I fully recommend the tile. I also think that other products made by tile would be helpful for the remote and keys. Happy no-hunting for your stuff! Shell

I finally caved a bought this for my keys as I am always misplacing them! I have only had it for a couple of days but I’m so glad I finally bought one! The set up took me maybe two minutes and the app is really easy to use as well. I have been away from my keys twice since setting it up and both times I get an alert that lets me know I am not with my keys anymore and it lets me know where the last location of them is. I like that the app not only tells you the location of your keys but you can ping the tile and it’ll beep so you can find them if they get buried or something 😁 I would say the only downside is that if you misplace your phone AND keys together you’re kind of out of luck (there may be a way to track using a desktop but I haven’t tried). I’m still giving five stars because that doesn’t have anything to do with the quality of the product!

Love tile tracker. I have it in our keys, remote and wallet. I love the feature where you can use the tile to find your phone. It will ring your phone even if your phone is on silent mode. I almost lost my phone at Costco, I was looking at one of the couch and sat on it. I didn’t realize that my phone slipped out of my pocket. By the time I realized my phone was not in my pocket I was already at the counter. I started using my tile app and went back to the couch and retrace my steps. I knew that the phone is close by cause it will make a distinctive sound on your tile if its close by or when its not. I keep on pressing my tile and just started listening for my phone ringing. A gentleman who works at Costco is holding my phone, as I approached him and told him that it was my phone he said that a customer surrendered my phone. I was by myself and had no way to contact my phone, thank goodness for the tile app, for the customer who surrendered my phone and Costco employee. Tile saved the day!

I love this older one because you can replace the batterie yourself and use it forever essentially vs the news ones last I believe 3 years but you then have to get a new one as you can’t open them up to replace the battery.

I got these for a friend of mine whom is very forgetful and clumsy! She loses/misplaces hers keys, wallet, or phone at least once a week! She recently lost her purse at work and thought it may have gotten stolen (spoiler it was not stolen, she's just a clown). As a result she was locked out of her car since she keeps her keys in her purse. I ended up picking her up and we had to leave her car there overnight, which was concerning considering she thought someone stole her keys and would come back for the car later. Luckily though, we had the TILE!! So the next day we used it to track her purse and surprise, surprise the GPS routed us to the same spot she left the day before. We were relieved and thankful for the TILE! It saved her a tow, a trip to the DMV for a new drivers license, and trip to the bank for new cards. All in all, if y'all got a friend/someone in your life that loses their stuff often like I do, I HIGHLY recommend purchasing this product!

Like the size and the fact that it can be shared on my and my wife's cell phone. I just bought 1 tile mate to try before looking at more...too many pro and con reviews so I'd try for myself. Do far...so good. My wife is forever losing her keys and borrowing my set for her car...sometimes for a whole week...only to find them under a seat cushion or in the bathroom under her stuff.... The tile works great at home...she's not lost them yet, so it's just been testing right now. But get this...I clicked on find keys on my phone when she was at her mom's house 2 miles away...and the tile mate on her key ring chimed away....2 miles!!! I couldn't believe it....I tried it again when she was at work...about 2 miles also....and she called me asking why I was chiming her tile mate.....amazing... I can only assume it worked that far away because her keys were near her cell and since the app is on both our phones, my ringing her tile mate on my cell was somehow activated thru her phone??? No idea....but it impressed me. Next is to try that again but my wife leaving her cell at home and see if it still chimes that distance... I like it so far...only had it a couple days...

I (sadly) end up using it at least once a week. It’s very handy for people who are so busy that minor details, like where they dropped their keys or phone, don’t register in their brains. I wish I could say it was because I have a toddler who starts running/begging for multiple things at once/crying as soon as we walk in the door, but I actually had a Cube before I had my LO. Comparatively, I went with the Cube before because it had a replaceable battery, it was cheaper (at the time), and I didn’t care much about Tile’s ability to track your items. But now, both Tile and Cube have both of the above features I mentioned, and this time Tile was cheaper. I had to replace my Cube because the hole where the keychain goes broke after nearly 3 years. I believe my Tile has reinforced it with a metal ring there to prevent that. The Tile is a more well known brand, so it’s nice to not have to explain what it is to people anymore.

Love these! My hubby and I split them up and we both have a Tile Mate on our car keys and a Tile Slim in our wallets. They are very easy to set up: download the app on your phone, press the Tile button on your tile, and name the Tile on your phone (i.e. Wallet, Keys, etc.) When you lose the item, use the app to ring your Tile. If you can't find your phone, try tapping one of your Tiles' middle button to ring your phone. I'm still working on figuring out if it requires 1 tap or 2 for that. Here's a final tip: If you ring your Tile and you can't figure out where the sound is coming from because it seems to be moving to different locations, it' probably because your bonehead husband put your wallet in his pocket and is helping you search for it while it is ringing in his pocket. All the while, he is moving from room to room with you, confusing the hell out of you. Other than that little issue, I have successfully found my wallet, my keys, and my phone multiple times because I am a total spaz and I misplace them all often. P.S. The slim is the width of 2 credit cards in your wallet.

This was a Fathers Day gift for my husband. He loses EVERYTHING regularly. Then he rages around the house for 30 minutes or however long it takes him to find the offending pocket or chair that’s purposely hiding his necessities. The Tile has given me and our home peace and respite. My husband has lower blood pressure. The dog hasn’t cowered since Fathers Day. There was a moment when he lost his phone that the rage started ... but lo and behold, I reminded him that the Tile works backwards too. And he heard his phone call to him. The chime is a panacea to his upset. Nothing has needed recharging since Fathers Day (about 4 months ago) and he’s using his Tile regularly. He now finds his wallet, checkbook, keys and phone in mere moments without melodrama and with pleasant cheeping from necessities that are glad to be found. Thank you whoever you are that invented this. You have improved my mental health, given my dog a quieter home, and made my husband happy.
