I loved how it looks most definitely but I don't like that only after a week my fireplace won't come on and there's noone to contact and even when asking for replacement due to defective item at the end of transaction stated not able to replace at moment to continue with other methods ...

Part of the LED light strip does not work - faulty right out of the box, sent msg to seller no response. Very disappointed the we have an unit that isn't functioning properly. We be requesting a return

It had so many good reviews for rooms bigger than we have- we recently remodeled our basement (fully insulated) and the room we have the fireplace in is about 275 sq ft) and it is still very cold. Remote works well once you know where to aim it colors are very bright. Installation was very easy but very let down about the heat output.

I suppose this would be cool for the right person or someone's dorm room, but for a grown adult, it ain't the play. A bunch of neon colored settings with nothing looking even close to natural fire or hot coals. The crystals looks cheap and dumb. Changing the flame color or the crystal color will also modify the color of the flame/crystal - so they are not completely independent. Also, the heat output is a joke. Don't plan on using this thing to add any heat to a cold room. the heater/blower is weak sauce. I will be returning and buying a different electric fireplace.

I was very disappointed with the delivery The box was open & wet There were no Crystels Remote or bracket to hang the fireplace The instructions were incorrect about how to open the glass front I called the number & spoke to a lady who insisted that the bracket is pre installed on the back of the unit She even said that they were the wrong instructions My husband is very handy & says there is no bracket She is not helping us Now I have to wait until they ship the missing accessories & can only hope that it will resolve all the issues If not I’m returning it Not very happy at all

This heater is beautiful, it was easy to install and really changed the entire look of my bedroom for the better. HOWEVER, the heat is PITIFUL. My room is what 12X18? Maybe smaller? It probably warms it to about 70 degrees. Enough to not freeze, but not enough to sleep without covers, or be comfortable in shorts. I live in New York, and it is currently 37 degrees and I am not impressed. Not by a long shot. Furthermore, the remote is super dodgey. It requires multiple presses to turn it on. Is it infrared? I don't know but it is an unnecessary hassle. Pressing the actual machinery with your hand is also skeevy. It is strangely calibrated and takes a few presses before it turns on. I really like the look of it, and the ease of installation, but as a heater, there are better options for a lower price. If I didn't feel guilty for pimping my uncle into doing so much house work in our home, I would tell him to take it down and re-plaster the wall so I could ship it back.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video. My husband put it together, I helped him right at the end when installing the glass, he says putting it together was somewhat easy. The flame is ok, doesn’t have that real flame color and look. What really makes this fireplace bad is the noise it makes when on, with or without heater, there’s a noise, kind of like a typewriter noise, you can hear it in the video I post. I read some reviews regarding same problem but thought I would be spared from a bad one 😑 now I will have to call customer service to see if there’s a way to silent or fix the noise it makes.
