Remote worked once then nothing, I replaced the battery and nothing. I called customer service and they hung up on me.

I bought this based on the positive customer reviews for ease of installation, heat output and quietness. Unfortunately the fan/blower on the unit I received is louder than I expected and sounds like it blows a variable speeds rather than a consistent speed. It also does not heat my 300 square foot room all that well. For reference, I also bought a 1500W/750W space heater that is quieter and heats the space more efficiently. It was very simple to install and looks nice.

The middle and end light aren’t working right. They don’t seem to be throwing off the illusion of flames.

I was excited to receive this fireplace however when my contractor installed it on my built in , we realized the fireplace was defective. The flames did not run on both sides of the fireplace and also the remote was defective. Hope this helps

Need assistance remote control does not work. I replaced battery. Shut off waited and turned back on as stated in manual and remote still did not work

Love this fireplace but when we went to put the final glass on the front this bracket was broken off & unable to attach the final piece. So disappointed as we have the entire thing already installed and now can’t complete it! Hoping they fix this soon for us!

Overall this appears to be a good product, however, after installing it I noticed the inside display panel is warped. This give the coal bed reflection a very uneven appearance. I added two photos that show a warped section vs. one that is straight.
