We love it! It does not heat well, but we have it in a large space. We bought it for the ambiance. It does not substitute a gas fireplace regarding to heat. We still love it.

Put on the floor and secured... no way this heats a 400 sf room which are the exact dimensions of my living room , but it cuts the cold a bit .. would not recommend for heating a room , but pretty to look at

Easy install. Looks great creates a relaxing scene after a long day. Heat output is ok may take long time to warm room the motor is noisy & mood dampening. Not intrusively loud but audible constant noise that make you want to turn off the heat and just enjoy the scene. Would buy again for aesthetics.

Nice looking unit and looks impressive when lit but doesn’t put out much heat which is disappointing because that’s why I bought it. It was packaged very well for shipping and set up wasn’t too difficult. I like the thinner design which is what I needed for the space, Just really wish it would heat up a room.

i do love all the colors and the sleek design of the unit. it was easy to install and very light. less then 2” lbs maybe. it’s held up well with no issues. my only complaint is the remote doesn’t work very well. when you press the buttons it’s like a 10 second delay.

This electric fireplace is beautiful! The colors of the flames and rocks when turned on are vibrant. Only reason I gave this a 4 is because one of the settings for the flame, it does not go all the way across and only lights up half way. Overall, it's better than I expected for the price I paid. The seller was great as they quickly replace the first one that arrived damaged with no problems.

I like the warm and happy feeling seeing the glow of the fireplace. For aesthetic purposes, I’ll give it a 5 star. But for the heat output, it doesn’t give much. I live in a small condo in San Marcos, Ca and it couldn’t keep the room warm enough during winter. I have to stand literally by the fireplace to keep myself warm.

Love love love this. I only gave it 4 stars because the heat could be a bit better and because I haven't gotten my warranty. Other than that. I would definitely recommend. Shipping was slow. Carrier issues. Packaged will. I will update upon getting that issue resolved.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video. I purchased the 60” version….. This fireplace is very easy to install. The colors are bright and vibrant. The actual flame could look more flame like and like other fireplaces it should have had the logs. All settings are easy to use. I haven’t tried to heat as of yet being that it’s summer time.

It’s a great fireplace for our needs. I like that you have so many color choices. I wish it made sound too, like fire crackles would be cool. Other than that it’s great and looks very fancy in our accent wall. My husband did the installation and he’s pretty handy so I’m not sure how easy install is for the average person.
