REALLY WISH IT PUSHED OUT MORE HEAR CAN BARELY FEEL !

You have to be standing right in front of it to feel the heat. We are using this in the basement and sitting less than ten feet away from it and it’s freezing. Cannot feel the heat at all.

Heat output is ok...really bought it for the look so not worried about that. The intake and output ports at the top are fairly big. Would be nice if they were a little slimmer. Other than that it looks good. Easier to install. However, mine was missing the remote which does suck.

Very nice. Remote barely works.

Good looking and modern. Easy to control via remote. First unit had electrical issues where it would shock you if touched. Had to send back and get a replacement. Also, be aware that the mounting holes are through the back so you’ll need a backer board behind it to screw into at top.

Love the look of it! The heat is pointless I can only feel it when I Stand directly in front of it which sucks because I need the heat.

When it ran, it did wonderfully. Heated our room, pretty to look at... but now just eight months in it quit working. Yes, the fuse was replaced but still nothing... I have submitted a warranty claim, we will see what happens.

I can't believe that this unit doesn't have any temperature control. For the price this should be included.

Installation was ok, not great instructions but easy to figure out. Looks good, heat worked . The remote stoped working after 3 days of having it installed. Pretty disappointed in that. I don’t want to pack up the whole thing to return just for the remote , but would have went with a different unit had I known the remote was junk .

i loved that it can be recessed into the wall. easy to install, easy to use with or without the remote. pretty. I do not like the low or high option for the heat. the high option does not blow the hot air strong enough. wish it had better heat. I do not like the clear crystals. they look plastic and cheap. looking to replace those right away. otherwise it’s pretty!
