Very high quality looking fireplace. We have two little kids so I love the fact that it is cool to the touch. You can put it in two different heat settings, I wish there was a third setting as I wish it gave off more heat, but if you have it on for a few hours it’ heats up a room well. Overall really like it and considering buying another for our basement.

Very nice fireplace, it looks beautiful on our new wall entertainment unit, the only reason that I'm giving it a 4* is because it arrived missing the crystal stones and I had to contact seller and wait around another week to have it, also the front glass panel comes wrapped in glued plastic paper which leaves glue marks all over it after remove it which are difficult to take off...other than that, it's a nice piece.

We bought this for our 5th wheel camper and it was easy to install and looks great in the tv entertainment center. It doesn't heat quite as well as I hoped, but it might have been the cold and wind. Delivery was a problem as we are camped in an out of the way spot, but it does have an address.

Came in perfect shape. Easy to install. Happy we bought it. Beautiful colors Update: Less than 400 sq ft finished basement and the heat output is disappointing. The $25 space heater on wheels that this thing replaced kept the room warmer 🥴

This is a very nice electric fireplace unit. It is very quiet. The only audible sound is when the heater is on (which won't be often). The only complaint was that the instructions were not great. As is often the case, manufacturer attempted to use a single instruction manual for 8-10 different model variations with some confusing and/or misleading details. Other than that, no complaints.

Overall I am satisfied with my purchase. The hear output is enough to bring up the temp a few degrees in a large room. This is mostly an astetic piece. The remote needs to be pointed directly at sensor which I'm assuming is at the bottom right hand corner. Not a huge deal, but this is a review. The flame light show looks alot like a real gas flame. Lots of different color options for flame and bottom, simulated coals.

Multitude of color combinations... The remote however is finicky... you have to hold it at just the right angle and distance from the sensor on the fireplace to make it work. They should have made it an RF Remote instead of IR Remote... The heater will only work in a small room, not a greatroom like we have it in. We did not buy it for the heat ... only for the ambiance it provides in our stacked stone wall.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video. Packaging appeared like someone returned it and it was just shipped back out. No remote, no hardware and it had a scratch on the glass. Decided to keep it because we were already in the middle of our construction for it. Contacted seller who shipped us a new remote and gave a small discount for the inconvenience. It is the perfect size and installation was easy. Overall, it was a good option for the price. Tried to show the different color options and speeds in the video.

I love the various colors and heats pretty well although it takes a while for the basement to get fully heated. I am have trouble with the remote responding right away. I have to push the on/off and color change buttons more than once before it responds and is why I couldn't give it 5 stars.
