Works great and I love the additional hear in the basement. I was a little skeptical at first for the price, but I couldn't be happier with how my TV stand turned out!

Perfect for what my vision was!! Remote is finicky sometimes. Overall would recommend!

Love the flame effects with rocks & light adjustments. It would be best with adding a thermostat setting with on/off timer.
