We love it

Looks great but the heat output is not great. My husband thinks the longer we have been using it, the warmer it has gotten but not sure I can tell a difference. It looks great tho! But would not recommend.

Doesn't put off nearly the heat I thought it would and only comes out one small spot. Also, the fan pushing the heat doesn't move much air. The flames don't look near as "real" in person as in the pictures and videos online. Very easy to use and install though.

I just ordered my 50in electric recessed fireplace and installed it this weekend. I loved the look and ease to install it however the remote doesn't work at all. Hopefully the company reaches out and we can discuss the problem.

I didn't expect the flames to look real but I did expect somewhat realistic. It's hard to explain but the shape of the flames are weird it's like when they come up they are flat at the top instead of pointed ( flame like). Other than that everything else is good. Remote is slow sometimes have to hit button a couple times. Heat is ok. Im trying to decide if I want to return it.

Overall good quality, definitely thinner than a lot of other fireplace units which I was looking for. A couple warnings though. One, there is no way for this thing to stand on its own, you have to wall mount it. Two, you can’t run the heat without the lights on, if I had known that I would have went with a different unit. The light it produces is too bright to get to sleep in the same room while using it as a heater.

Why do expensive things ALWAYS come missing something! So we are missing all of the pads and screws that go with the fireplace. My husband is intelligent enough to be able to figure out what is needed to fix the problem so that we don’t have to try and send it back! The box wasn’t open so it was not a UPS issue. Go figure!

So we’re to start. This can be hung on the wall with the wall mount or recessed in the wall. Make sure you can put the glass pane all the way to make a tight fit or your lights will be seen above the unit. Remote is very cheap. Needs to have a dead sight on the unit for it to work. Flames seem a little cheap. More like a cartoon flame. Stones are made of glass. Touch buttons work well do as they should. Nice long power cord.

We like this fake fireplace, wish i could love it. The remote only work like 2% of the time. Good thing theres a touch panel. Heats nice, its consistent. Its quite. Not a big difference between the 2 levels. Wish it had a thermostat/temp setting. Instructions could be a little nicer too. Are you supposed to use all the stones? And the color combos are cool to though there isnt a realistic fire wood one.
