Not much to say but it won't hold the charger

The product worked great until a few weeks ago. I have to continue hit the button on side to charge my phone and it keeps shutting g off. I have had this since August and I feel it should at least get me through the year.

This charger worked well for 4 months and now today approximately 5 months after purchase, it will not recharge. This was the second Anker that I had purchased and have not as yet had a problem with the first one i purchased. Thi am extremely disappointed.

Only two of the four power indicator lights light up... I can't tell if it's fully charged or not.

The unit itself doesnt fully charge. And when you do try and charge it , it takes a whole day. It also doesn't charge the phone with any urgency. I bought this from using a friends Anker. This does not work like his does

This power bank looks and feels very high quality, but it doesn’t charge my phone at all. Both straight out of the box and after fully charged, it doesn’t connect to my phone at all.

I have been using it for a month but after the first week it started to take a long time to charge, like several hours. Also, it takes about more than 2 hours to charge my phones. It is a waste of money, don't buy it.

I received a different model of Anker battery pack for Christmas 2019. It didn't hold charge from day one. I forgot to return it in time to get credit. I purchased another model given the great reviews, that one also didn't hold charge when I received it. I have no idea why Anker power pack is getting the good reviews.

Have had this unit charging for over 8 hours and it still only shows one flashing light for the battery charge, not worth it if it takes this long to charge the device and its not even fully charged, possibly defective unit

I purchased it few months ago and its already not charging Stays charged for a minute and then dies Super bummed
