Not worked it all

I have used this item for one week and it will no longer charge. I am gong to try and return.

The design is stupid. If you don't push the side button it won't charge your phone. Most people don't realize this because they push the button to see the leds without realizing they activated the output charging circuit. What this means is that frequently when you go to retrieve your charged phone you'll find that it never started charging. Most external batteries don't work this way, and most Anker batteries don't work this way. Why they would design it like this I do not know.

I ordered this to use on vacation. I charged it up with 2 chargers. 12 hours later, it is not charged up.

Used for a week in Switzerland and then when I took it to London a month later it died and never turned back on

Zero stars ! Worked for a week then just stopped - big rip off - I do not recommend this product !

Got a couple of these for wife and myself but very early on, one of the usb ports inside pulled right out with the usb plug I had plugged into it. Paid for 3 ports and very soon after became a 2 port charger.
