used it once and then it stopped working!

I got this product and it won't even worked for 3 months and the switch to turn on and off got broke and flash light will be on all the time. I contacted Aukey and they exchanged free of charge new one. but not even 3 months and same issue with new one. I think they have some issue with Switch and design flaw.

Not getting the fast charge out of this battery. I've bought several Anker batteries before and this by far is the slowest output. Very disappointed with it.

Really disappointed with this one, went with all the good reviews & decided to purchase on Prime day. Only used once to charge my iPhone during a power-outage (worked fine). A few weeks since and now it does not hold a charge. Maybe a Dud?

It would be nicer if they gave you all the accessories with the Prime Day sale.

I bought this 6 months ago and loved it. Now all of a sudden it shuts off after 15-20 minutes ??

Worked great the first time. Charged fast and charged my phone many times. Second charge it took forever and now barely holds a charge. It also never fully charges to 4 dots only ever 3. I have several other Anker products and normally rate them high but this one is a bit disappointing.

I took care of my anker charger because I personally love the brand however, this one suddenly stopped charging my phone. I tried 3 different cables and 3 different phones.

I'm not sure if this is charging right or full charge. There's only 2 lights on.😕

For the price this thing costs it should come with an AC Adapter to charge it up.
