Great Portable Charger

I never really thought I would ever really need a potable charger, but after using this I thought, "what took me so long?!" It may take a good amount of time to charge up the battery, but I was able to charge 2 tablets, 2 smartphones and still had some juice in it! Would definitely recommend this.

Anker!

I bought this a while back because we needed something that would charge our devices together in the car or on the road or just hanging out! I don't know how long it's been but it didn't last....it stopped working and well that's a bummer

I’ve had this for 3+ years and it’s starting to recharge slowly now.. before it would take 6 hours to recharge but now it takes all night and almost half the day to charge and now it dies in a day and a half of charging and before it would last up to 4 days Overall it lasted me a long time , I’m just sad that it’s starting to not work well

2 of the charge lights stopped working making it kind ...

2 of the charge lights stopped working making it kind of hard to tell how much power i have left, it kinda flickers on from time to time, something must have come loose I guess, kind of weird tho because I keep it in a case which it shouldnt be hitting anything hard.

Anker support fixed my initial concern - I recommend them and their customer support.

Edit: Follow up: I had a negative experience with a charger and was frustrated with the first and second response when I reach out to their support. However to their credit, Anker escalated the issue and made it right. Have to give them kudos for following up and resolving the issue appropriately and their positive customer service. Thanks Anker - JB -------------------------------------------------------------------- Here is the response from Anker when my $product went dead concurrent with their warranty. "Although we work hard to ensure high quality standards through multiple quality checks, we regrettably still come across defective products occasionally. Unfortunately ...the warranty on the product expired" However, here are a few new items that are comparable to the Astro E7" ...and they provided links to purchase their products again at full retail.

Good customer support

First powercore was DOA, but anket support was super helpful getting a return label and shipping me a new one. Whole process only took a few days from identification of the problem to the new one showing up. The powercore itself is sleek, and minimalist, but solid. I use it when I go camping or hunting to make sure I have power on the go. It's great.

Good product

The only reason I didn't give this 5 stars is the first one we received didn't work. I contacted customer service and they sent me out a new one. Excellent customer service. Lincy was very helpful. The new one works as it is supposed to work. Although you cannot charge the Iphone 12 with it.

Excellent Anker Customer Service

Updated Oct 24 2017 - Anker customer service contacted me and provided a replacement unit, which currently is functioning as expected. The very large capacity will certainly see me through vacations, which was my primary reason for purchasing. It is large, both in power but unfortunately size as well. Don't expect this to be unobtrusive in your bag... but you know you will not run out of juice. I would love to see it adopt similar functions to the newer Aukey portable chargers - USB-C in and out, charge using Apple Lightning connector, and maybe both of them will adopt in-unit wireless charging? But for now I have a huge battery that will see me through a two week vacation. --- Original Review: This seemed ideal for my power needs, but after the second time charging it seems to have broken. It's remains stuck at two blue lights, and no amount of charging seems to fix it. It's unsure if it's appropriately charging my devices. Very disappointed.

Takes so long to charge.

This is one of my Christmas presents I had received. It was on 1 bar when I opened it, I had nothing to charge so I plugged the 2 input plugs in and plugged both into the wall and when I woke up it went from 1 bar and 2nd one blinking to the second bar solid to the 3rd one blinking, I thought this was good because it was taking in the juice but it wasn't going fast enough I finally left for 6 hours and came back to find it fully charged. It too about 18 hours to fully charge, I charged my phone 2 full times and it is down on the second bar and when I plug it in it shows 1 solid and 2nd one blinking. I don't know if its defective or what. I will continue to use it because i'm happy with what I got and I don't wanna seem like I'm ungrateful. Just keep in mind if yours has this activity, it might need to be replaced.

Lots of power

As a battery is very good, I don't use it that much and I have only charged once. The only downside is that is a little heavy to keep taking it everywhere, is more for being in a single place or may be putting in your back pack and use it on your trips. Of course you will feel you are carrying it as I said a little to heavy
