I only use this when i travel. After 7 months it won't charge pass level 2.

Total fail. Worked once. Never took a charge again. Useless.

I received this item yesterday with the portable charger being filled only up to 50%. I continued to charge it until it was full so I could use it later on I then decided to give it a try and use on my phone today, the lights kept turning off after about 5-10 seconds and was not charging my phone what so ever.

Been charging my new Anker batter for 48 hours and it only charges up half way. I’ve used other Anker batteries with no issue so I may just have a lemon.

I purchased this in January of 2020. I traveled frequently in my job and used it regularly and it worked great. I have not used it at all during the last 3 months. I just recently tried to charge it and it will no longer hold a charge. I believe the one I have is defective.

Started off great, fully charged within 6-7 hrs and kept all devices charged during a family trip. Worked equally well on the return segment but died afterwards and will not charge.

Sucks... Very slow charging either it's self or something else. Even when using 2 power cords.

I ordered this whilst I was out of the country travelling on business. Upon delivery it would not charge. However, as I was not able to return it whilst I was on my trip, I was left with a dud. Disappointing, as Anker Power products are usually very good. One star given because the review portal won't accept no stars.

The charger is not compatible with my iPhone
