Terrible battery pack. Charges super slowly.

Product failed to fully charge and didn't work when attaching to electronics that needed a charge.

Is not working, no led on or anything :(

Horrible, Lasted only two years, just stopped charging, was in a really bad situations when I needed this and had no phone. I called customer service to get a replacement to no avail, they would not replace the broken charger. It was only a month after warranty. This works great if you only want a product to last for two years then get this otherwise bad business and does not last long.

I bought this power bank about 2 months ago and it has already stopped working! Very disappointed!

I’m not sure if I received a defective portable battery but for some reason it will not take the charge. I’ve left the portable battery charged all night & all day long but still hasn’t received any charge. Pretty disappointing.

This anker May have a lot of ratings but don’t get fooled by ratings it has. This portable charger stopped working after a few uses and and I bought two of them by this brand. You’re better off going with another brand.

Received this as a gift off of my wishlist.. upon arrival I charged it and tried turning it on.... IT WONT!

Trust me, I have nothing against the brand or company..honestly this battery pack just drains off by itself when it’s doing nothing ..do not buy or just buy test and realize yourself..
