Doesn’t hold charge long. A full charge without usage will drain in two weeks. I have the 20000 mAh which actually works way better. They both output the same amount of charges, roughly 4.5-5 full iPhone 7 Plus charges but I feel like the 20k is smaller and came with a case. I got this for a deal so not so bad. Would’ve been one star otherwise.

Worked perfectly until about 6 months, it cannot work alone anymore, it is fully charged and cannot start on its own, it needs another charger to jump start it then it works fine.

At first I was very impressed with the power bank. It would charge my iPhone 11 Pro max around 7 times. After around 6 months of use, it only charges it around 3 times.

second model i bought and disappointed 1st model usb stop working though battery fully charged 2nd model quick charge stop working after a month, 5 houed to charge full wounder whats next that will stop working.. :/

Great product, large battery & charges fast but ultimately died. I bought this before heading to Thailand in February. It’s now September & won’t hold a charge at all. I do not recommend this, doesn’t hold charge at all after 6 months use.

I have a LG G6 and this does not fast charge the phone. I do not recommend this is your are looking for a fast charging battery pack. Get a QC 3.0 battery pack if you want fast charging. I learned the hard way.

It charges my iphone 7 plus quickly up to 6x with a full charge, the biggest problem is that it takes a whole day to get it to full charge.

The product was delivered with a USB Cable that had a broken end, rendering it useless. Plugged in to charge and after 10 hours it still was not charged. UPDATE: I have not been contacted by the manufacturer for a remedy.

In most terms, this is a marvelous power supply. However, I have eight of these now, and five of them no longer work because the charger inlet (USB micro) has broken loose and is rattling around inside the case, rendering them unusable. I e-mailed the maker twice with no response. I would love to get some more but I refuse to buy them if they persist in failing wothing 8motnhs tp a non usable state.

The charger is a bit heavy to keep in my purse so not as conveniently portable as I was hoping. I do like that it charges really fast. My big complaint is it did NOT come with a lightning connector so I have to use the one that came with my iPhone. It also did not come with a wall charger to use with the micro USB cable. Just be sure you know what you're getting (and what you're not getting).
