I don't know if I have a broken unit or it's by design, but this is the worst battery pack I've ever owned. It will not charge anything while it's plugged in to be charged itself. All my other battery packs do this without issue. It doesn't charge some of my devices at all. It will turn itself off and stop charging my iPhone and I have to keep pressing the button on the side every few minutes for it to keep charging it.

Too big for 'portable' charger

I have 3 of the portable charger! 3 of them! I gave one to my girlfriend and 2 that I have at home, didn't realized that they take over a day to charge! They do charge my phone very fast and the charge last long but they take over 20 hours to charge, left overnight and one dot had barely charger! Very disappointed! And waste of money for 3 of them!

I bought two of these for Christmas and by February they were both broken. When they work there the best charger you never see. It's absolutely perfect. It charges a whole bunch of things at once, and it does it Lightning fast. I was so bummed when both of mine broke within a month of each other, but I thought maybe it was a fluke and so I bought one more since I was just a month late to be able to return it for an exchange :(. So I bought another one which broke within one month of its purchase. Luckily for the third one I was able to get a refund because it was still early enough. But for three of these things to break on me within two months of purchase is definitely not a fluke. These things are crap. There exciting at first because they're so awesome- but it will die on you. And chances are, it will probably happen right after the return policy expires.

Used to love this product when I first got it— it would last for so many charges and would charge through the micro USB seamlessly. After about a year and a half, it has stopped working all together. At first it just would not charge my iPhone as much, then it would take forever to charge itself, and now it doesn’t even charge and I have to throw it away. Very disappointed and Anker customer service refused to send me a replacement.

I bought one of these awhile back probably over a year now. The product worked for idk a week or two? What would happen was the battery pack wouldn't hold the charge. The charger would be drain by itself without use in one days. Keep in mind this battery take 8+hours to fully charge. And over time of a week the charger stopped holding charge at all. I was mad because the charger was 60+ dollars to not work. I contacted Anker support they helped me and I got a "new" charger yay! But the same thing happened but it took about month to breakdown again. After that I just stopped and took the L. I paid 60 dollars to get two broken chargers nice.

I won't be buying a Anker product again. I bought a Anker Power Core 26800 and it never charged fully. I used a 30 Watt charger and still didn't charge fully. I asked to return/exchange and they wanted me to fill out a questionnaire page and take pictures of my charger and never called me back, after requesting to call me back. I bought a competitors brand and it worked great. Chalking it up as a $60 loss.

Just outside the 18 month warranty, my $70 battery backup has a massive bulge in the battery, swelling enough to crack the case. Device doesn't have a ton of use, and was always properly stored away from harsh conditions, and around 70% charge when not being used. I'm super disappointed. This is the second anker product that did this to me. I had a laptop battery for my mac swell so much it popped out of the laptop, and would not go back in.

This battery is too thick, and the weight is hefty.

I LOVED this product when it worked. It was a great companion for camping, traveling, long car rides, etc... I got the battery about 19 months ago (just past the warrenty period) and suddenly this past week the unit stopped charging. - I went on the forums and tried everything I saw (plugging 2 ports into eachother to reset the circuitry, not pressing the button just after plugging in, changing cables and outlets, etc...) - After I couldn't fix it myself, I contacted support and was told that my unit was faulty and to give evidence of the purchase and a shipping address so they could process a warranty claim. - After I sent my documentation, the representative told me that (even though the product was indeed faulty) that they were not obligated to send a replacement. I understand that if I did something irresponsible and wore down the battery to the point where it didn't work anymore that I wouldn't deserve a replacement, but I BABIED this unit, barely even using it for months at a time, and my faulty unit is not being replaced? Disappointing at best
