Might I point out in the first 4 to 5 reviews, in one it burnt up the guys IPad and in 3 there was a problem with the inital product (which Anker stepped in to help) but ALL 3 had problems to begin with. So do they sell you the inferior stuff and if you complain send you the good stuff?

i love all Anker products; bad luck for me that 1 of my Anker portable charger stopped recharge thus the battery is dead and can't be charge to any of my home devices. i have contact Anker with screenshots of the battery and proof of purchase. unfortunately, it has passed the 18 months warranty. so they said there's nothing else they can do for me. i am now wondering if i should bother them again and ask if i can get some sort of "pro-rated exchange" or some sort of discount as the replacement. again, i love all Anker products and would prefer working with Anker folks to solve this issue unless there really isn't anything left to work on this matter. i hope not though.

If it weren’t for the significantly decreased battery capacity after owning this for ~1 year, this would have 5 stars from me. It’s a lovely battery, I’d like to purchase some of their smaller ones but I’m undecided now that I see the steep decrease in battery capacity. It used to hold a charge for days, charging my phone several times. Now I maybe get 2 phone charges out of it.

I loved this when I bought it and recommended it to everyone and then to my disappointment it just stopped working. Takes 10 plus hours to charge and won't charge my iPhone more than 1/2 way in 2 hours. I had it for about 12 months, It will work but fails quickly.

I was gifted this last Christmas, and had an excellent experience with it for several months. It was able to charge my iPhone 6s many times over - which has saved me on many occasions. However, just last week, I plugged in my phone to use it, and it stopped working. The light comes on, but it doesn't charge any of my devices. I tried different wires so I know that's not the problem. This came as a surprise and a great disappointment as it seemed like a very reliable product.

It is not a faster charger. Take the same or longer time as using regular power electricity connector for charging my iPhone 7Plus.

This product is very heavy to be carrying around in your purse all day. I will never order another one.

Changed my mind

It came with no instrutions in English and I have hardly used it. Besides my grandson said they make much smaller chargers now and that was no fun to hear.

I honestly thought 26.8 would charge my cell phone faster. 3 hrs is a long wait, I think.
