bulky, heavy, and no electrical charging mechanism.

I was so excited to get a new portable battery after my first one died after a couple years. This has really good reviews and one of my friends recommended it, so I purchased it. However, it worked well for the first few weeks and now it won't even charge itself fully or charge my phone. I don't know if I got a faulty one but this is really disappointing.

I bought this because I was going on vacation but i committed the error of not trying it at home. I had to plug it to the wall using the two micro usb cables but still had to wait over 36 hours to charge the anger battery. I didn't give any importance thinking it was because it was the first charge and it holds a huge charge. Real problem came when I tried to charge my phone. My phone died on me even when plugged to the anker while I was playing with my drone (I use my phone as a monitor) then I thought ok maybe what I am doing is just too demanding and discharges the phone faster than it can recharge and so... I then plugged the phone to the anker on my way back home and after a 3 and a half hours drive the phone only managed to charge up to 3% The frustration I felt for not being able to take any more photos arggggg! I just hate this product

Mine came without the Micro USB CABLE, rendering it useless.

This charger never worked. It's a piece of craap

Not what I expected

I had bought this product and read the directions and charged it accordingly but every time I tried to use it it would have no charge and it would not work at all with my iPhone 6s

Device comes withour a charger, I did get a $15 credit for. Device would not charge any longer after about 1 month of use it would no longer charge. Waste of money!

This is the second time I get this anker charger and it's a dead battery. I think they know and that's why it's half off...

Took it with me in a flight, got a little too hot for my comfort , I had to throw it.
