The item is too heave to carry it in my backpack. So I returned it without opening it so I'm unable to give any opinion about its functions.

Feels very cheap does what it's supposed to do but even with the dual ports still takes forever to charge. My buddy bought the power core+ and it feels much better quality worth paying more.

I really feel cheated. They put this as "deal of the today" one day before Prime day and I bought it. And then they make it even cheaper on Prime day. Back to the product. It does it job so far. A relatively small size for its capacity. 3 USB ports work fine. However there are some cons I see: - Recharging is slow - comparing to my Anker 2nd gen Astro Pro - Recharging needs to plug in 2 micro USB which looks stupid - While recharging, it is not able to charge other device, not even one.

Hello, I ordered the little brother to this model on Black Friday and I was so surprised on how fast it charge my devices and how it maintained it's on charge for a very long time. So I thought I would by the flagship model; at least I think it is. Anyways this one does not maintain its on charge for very long. I charged my 6s plus and it would take a way 2 of 4 charge light indicators. So unfortunately I must return it. Has anyone else had this happen to them, and is the model that is a step down from this model a better device?

The item weight is incorrect in the "compare to similar item" "detailed" section, which is 0.04 ounces, in the description column, is 17 ounces. Ouch! I would have got 20,000 mAh. I was wondering how can it bigger capacity but lighter.

This charger worked great for 2 months, now it won't charge any of my devices. It keeps turning off without any cause. Help me!!!!

battery pack has a slow charge unless you buy fast charge cord.
