Please be aware this product does not come with a wall adapter and therefore, useless out of the box.The product description makes no mention of the fact there is no adapter included. It does show a picture with the 2X adapter and notes the 2X is optional. Optional to what? To be optional, there must be something to which it is optional. I don't care about being able to charge it twice as fast - I need the option of charging three items simultaneously. As a footnote, this is replacing a similar ANKER product that quit working/charging after about two years (it came with the wall adapter). In my mind, the product description is extremely deceptive and i have lost all confidence in ANKER..

Useless unless it can charge my iPhone, which it can't. I've used the same cord with the same outlet and the phone charges. However, when I plug it into the Anker, nothing....

Started out amazing! I have never dropped it and always kept it in a cool environment. It stopped working. Don't waste your money.

This item is very slow, 8 hours plugged into my phone and only charged my Note 3 50%. Sending it back, thought Anker was better than this

Just got this earlier today and when my phone was at 20% I tried charging my phone with it, but my phone doesnt charge or doesnt recognize it when I plug it in this charger.

Sucks. Definitely not fast charging.

Received this product about a month ago. After using it a handful of times now, I am severely disappointed. Any device I plug into it, e.g. bluetooth speaker, Android Galaxy phones, Apple iPhones, etc, it will start charging but after about 2-3 minutes it will stop charging and allow the device to die. The only way to get it to start charging again is to unplug it and re-plug it back in. This is not how this is advertised to work and it very frustrating. My only regret is not returning this item within my 30 day window b/c now I'm stuck with a useless item.
