Arrived as expected. In Good condition. Too heavy to carry in my travel.

Does not hold a charge well , also tends to be fully drained after bieng fully charged and only two of the three USB ports will work .

Something is odd about this unit providing power to my phones. Using the 2 micro USB my Nexus 6 will not recognize and charge. Using the same cables I can charge phone on older Anker and on my clock radio with USB ports 5v 2A. Unit charges iPhone 7 fine. It takes for ever to charge using a single 2A dedicated charger. Always recommend using 2 * 2A chargers to charge. Just something different from my other Anker. On my older unit one smart port sometimes wasn't as smart as it should be. But the dumb port used to always work. I think all 3 ports on this new unit mused be smart and controlled by a ic logic chip that is too smart for it's good.

Just got this high-capacity battery unit. Yes, it takes quite a while to charge this guy up. I don't consider that an issue. However........ I go to charge my brand new Pixel XL phone, and I add a small USB-C adapter to the end of the micro USB cable provided with the Anker, and it won't charge the phone at all. Now, if I use the USB/USB-C cable that came with the phone, then it charges the phone up quite nicely. Not any faster, though, than other charging means (which seems contrary to their advertising). On top of this, I plug in my nearly brand new Plantronics Voyager 5200 bluetooth headset using the cable supplied with the Anker, and it won't charge at all. So, right out of the box I am challenged by two failures to operate, both apparently cable related. That seems to me to indicate a product that is overly sensitive and/or lacking in flexibility. Meaning that I am not sure whether I am going to keep this item. Anker is on the rope in my book. Film at 11.

26,800? I was only able to get out 15,784mah is this normal? Where is the rest of the 26,800mah. During the charge it took back 22,757. Just wondering if this is normal. For this I gave the products 2 stars. As I was not able to get the 26k is rated for.

Its big and too heavy

I love Anker products, I have many but this might be the last one. I got this in the mail and it was about halfway charged. I also bought a charging adapter (Anker) that is meant for charging it, and more than 8 hours later it isn’t more than halfway charged according to the light indicator on the outside. It says it takes 6.5 to charge from low battery, I started from halfway and is in the same spot. Very dissapointed

It takes more than a whole day to recharge itself

Stop working not charging at all.

dosnt work nearly as well as it says it charges my iphone6 about 4 or 5 times then needs to be recharged
