I am very disappointed with this product as it's not working now, I bought this in end of July and it's already not working. Doesn't charge my phone at all and it does not holds the charge when it's fully charged.

I got this under 2 month and only fully charged and use it for 1 trip. Now, it is not able fully charged. I am wondering that anyone I can contact for replacement or refund.

Worked great for a couple weeks. Now it will charge my phone for 10-15 seconds and stop.

WHY all my anker things work for only 10 months and then they get damaged !!!!!!! Seriously this is not good quality at all, i will NEVER buy from you again.

Broke soon after I bought it. Got hot and stopped working. Anker never returned my emails about it. Very dissatisfied for the price.

Bought it for trekking so I could charge my phone. It will do multiple charges, but it doesn’t seem to do a deep cycle charge and my phone loses its power very quickly compared to plugging it in to the wall. Would not recommend.

Charged it. Got VERY warm and it was not 100% charged. Not sure I want to keep it in the house. Just does not seem safe.

I bought this specifically for an international vacation. The unit would not stay powered on to charge my devices. Max 5 minutes I love Anchor products but this must be a lemon. I didn't use the product until now, so it can't be returned
