Doesn’t work

The media could not be loaded. After 7 months using nicely Anker bank pawer stop working and I don’t know if its under a warranty I hope anker connect with me

I brought this in January it is a fast charger but it guit charging backup 6 months of use.

Charges very slow, I've had two Anker chargers before in the past, they worked excellent, this one is slow.

Hard to charge it

I have been using this good for over a year and recently without any reason it stoped charge it self. I am really disappointed

Didn't fast charge my phone ever. I'm using the right cable too, so not sure what's up.

Won’t fully charge. Tried different outlets and ports and everything.

Horrible. 8-9 hours to charge, and I cannot charge my iPad fully even once.

Worked great the first couple times using it now when we plug it in to charge it will not fully charge anymore and does not charge phone's anymore.
