I have a Samsung Note 5 and it does not quick charge as advertised in the pictures. After using different ports and different fast charge cables, it is still a slow charge power. Pictures are from the PowerCore compared to an actual portable fast charger.

I have used it twice and it over heats and the better does not last as long as advertised .. and now it has stoped working ..... very unsatisfactory

Got it today charged it and plugged it to my s7 it said my phones battery was dying faster than it could charge ??

Anker needs to improve their customer service or they will continue to lose business. I was not treated like a valued customer and I have bought several Anker products. I would look to other companies who treat their customers better.

This is the worst portable charger that I have ever used due to the following reasons: 1. I never expected the USB cables that come inside the package to be too thin. So I am speculating that they do not deliver proper or enough charge to any gadget that needs to be recharged. 2. I used the "High-Speed Charging" feature, marked as IQ. However, I ended up discharging my phone instead of speed charging it. Despite that I reconnected those thin USB cables back in and made sure that they were firmly and properly plugged into the phone and the unit, still problem persists. Update: It has been more than 12 hours since I left this portable charger plugged into a power outlet to get recharged. The second light is still blinking which indicates that less than 50% has been recharged! *AnkerDirect Customer Service review: Over the course of the past 48 hours, emails are going back and forth between me and a customer service representative from Anker. Briefly, It does not seem that the entire process of resolving this issue is going to end soon nor is satisfying to the customer. I never dealt directly with Anker before; and I believe that based on this experience, I will never be dealing with such a seller nor recommending their products to anyone.

Dosent support Samsung Qualcomm fast charging. So don't buy this if you have a Samsung and your phone supports fast charging. Don't believe any other person that says it supports fast charge, because it does not! Returned.

Plugged this battery in to fully charge upon receiving it, it will not charge fully. This will either need to be replaced or returned. Extremely disappointed, don’t waste your time.

I received my charger yesterday,and I have been charging it the ever since and it’s not charging so disappointed I will return it.

Unfortunately, it does not fulfill what it promises, I carry it completely and the battery is super fast, unfortunately I lost the date of return because I was very busy at work, but I would like you to do something so I can improve my score for now, I am still Very unsatisfied.

Battery only last less than 3 years with average use.
