Would not charge, so could not use.

I've had this for 4 months now and it will not hold a charge post 75%. Very disappointed.

It stopped charging after just five uses. Absolute garbage.

The charging ports were from a galaxy 6. Not up to date at all

Less than a year later and it won’t charge to more than one light , have other Anker chargers that were good , this one is dud , total disappointment!

Could NOT use the " product" at all!Was advertised as compatible with Samsu×ng device .Their " Marketing dept" perhaps was headed by a former "poliTRICKian "- POLITICIAN.Don't believe the HYPE!!👎

It is too big size and heavy for carring and it is taking too long for recharging. I don't like to recomecommend to friends.

Bought it 2 months ago and it wasn’t amazing to begin with but now it completely stopped working. It’s not taking charge in. I thought I was taking it out early so I left it for almost 24 hours and it didn’t keep charge.

Me llego todo perfecto! Pero no me sirve porque no puedo cargar mi phone 12. Deberían de especificar eso. Quisiera saber si lo puedo cambiar ?
