Checked with stopwatch -this charger took over 13 hours to charge with both charging cords plugged in. It also took 5 1/2 hours to charge a mini ipad from 36% to 100%. Not overly excited about this. I’m thinking of returning it and buying something a little faster on the charging times and recharging times.

I tried to charge this device and the lights went back and forth quickly but would never charged. I tried everything with anker chargers and nothing will get it to charge. The lights just light up from 1 bar to all bars quickly but no charge

Arrived with 50% charge. Attempted for 24 hours to charge. Defective. Would not accept further charge.

11 months after purchase and this thing is a paper weight. Doesn’t charge past 1 light after being plugged in for 10+ hours.

I used this power bank maybe 5 times. The thing doesn’t charge anymore. I’m waiting to get a response from Anker. Very disappointed in the price for this power bank and i didn’t get much use out of it.

First I’m happy with this product after 2 months it takes days to full one bar and the light it’s off so doesn’t know if it’s full unless you unplugged and plugged back in wish from ANKER they could solve my problem I really like this product!

Worked great for about 10 uses now it takes a full charge but when plugged into a phone or any other device it does not charge anything at all. Waste of money....

I had an older version and it lasted years. This one broke within a month. The center usb output no longer outputs any charge. Its pretty disappointing considering an older version lasted me many years of nonstop work.

This is the USB wall outlet that your charger destroyed. That is a small problem. If, while charging my iPad or iPhone, it destroyed them, that would be no small problem.
