Great product. Used it several times and has preformed as expected. I've dropped it a couple times and it has held up! It does take a while to charge but I'm guessing cause of its size.

Only issue i have with this product. It is made of plastic unlike the older models which were made from a form of metal. Other than this the product works great

Albeit this is a MASSIVE backup battery at 26,800mAh and does recharge your device at a decent NORMAL rate, It DOES NOT "FAST CHARGE" your device. You can "FAST CHARGE" the back up battery itself from the wall using the dual Micro USB in to charge it faster BUT it does NOT "FAST CHARGE" your electronic devices any faster than normal. The Power IQ is basically telling you that the board inside is capable of charging multiple device at their varying recharge rates but not FAST CHARGE them.

Received it and charged for 12 hours. Never worked right out of the box. Company issued a return and sent out a new one promptly. It works great.

Does the job. But it is BIG!

It's a really good product holds the charge well and with the 2 charging ports makes it charge faster. The thing charges in a normal manner to a wall, and i would love to give it 5 stars but it is a little bit pricey but for the price it is a very good product.
