Dies within a year... Ringtones aren’t loud enough... Has helped me find keys & my phone & iPad...

its cool because at least you can tell when the thing you lost is definitely in the house but somehow the ringtones make it sound like its coming from everywhere in the room so it doesn't really make it easier to locate

5 STARS for the concept and functionality but 1 STAR because "programed obsolescence" of a 1 year non-replaceable battery. Your only option is to buy a new tile. This is very frustrating. With all this technology, this is a terrible flaw.

I used to have the original Tile, but this new version doesn't work as well. This version has a shorter range and although it is smaller it doesn't work as well as the previous did. Sometimes I am in close proximity to the tracker and it won't find it or ring it. I would advise getting the previous version because this one doesn't live up to its role.

While I love this product I think it is a TOTAL rip off that it expires. I’d repurchase if it weren’t for this because I only use it once a month or so. I’ll be a customer again if this stops but I’m all set.

Well, I think I can hear my keys. Yes, I think I can hear my keys...not the best product for us aging vets that have hearing loss. Have to edit for someone younger to stop by to listen...also my cell phone never did make a sound..

Bought a combo pack from a store, came with 2 keychain and 2 slim versions. The sound on them isn't the greatest, it could be louder, you need to be in the same room for your device to connect, my keychain one had broken the chime for some reason without opening or anything. Overall I feel this device could be greatly improved.

It's OK. Tile itself is not really loud enough unless it is quiet and you are within 20 feet. Took a long time to set it up and had to have help from Support who also had to send email links for help. Have only had it since Christmas, so will have to see its usefulness.

Tile is a great product. Easily connects to Bluetooth phone thru an app. BUT---by the company's own words, the battery in these only lasts 1 year. Then you have to replace! Booooo! That's expensive! Figure out haw to recharge them or replace the battery and I will buy more. Not going to spend money every year on new ones.

This item was excellent for about 9 months. I understand they aren't going to last forever but I received this as a gift in December, the battery died in September with light to moderate use. It would have been nice if it at least lasted long enough to ask for again the following christmas.
