I measured by belly with measuring tape from the fitting rooms! I was measuring a 36” across. I got a medium band, because I’m only half way and will be growing plenty more. The medium already fits me perfectly, with plenty of growing room.

Buy this asap. I was hesitant to spend $40 on a product that I wasn’t sure would do anything but this gave me immediate relief to my severe lower back pain I’ve been experiencing.
