I have use this and replacement of an ostomy binder and it's been very helpful only setback is that it's over top of my my stoma but it definitely works very well for the back

I like this belly band and I felt instant relief for my back when I put it on, but it runs even smaller than I expected after reading reviews. I had to return it and since I can never find what I need in-store, I had to wait for the larger size to arrive. I wish Target carried more from Belly Bandit, especially the prenatal maternity supports (not so many post-natal or designed to hold up pants).
