I was not personally a fan of this, it didn’t feel supportive so much as it felt constricting even after loosening. It might work for other bumps but not for mine.

I bought this because I felt vaguely like I wanted more support, but this just made my back hurt even more, no matter how I tried to adjust it (wearing it at different heights, tightening or loosening it, etc).

I still don't understand how to use it! Uncomfortable and inelastic! I had to issue a refund!

Horrible and did not work. I ended up returning it.
