I purchased this when I was about halfway through my pregnancy, and it worked at first. It gave great support while I was at work and helped to alleviate the stress on my hips and lower back. I'm in my third trimester now and it no longer fits comfortably nor does it help alleviate any stress or pain. I've given up wearing it completely. However, the quality of the material was good and it was holding up through daily use.

I'm 7 months pregnant and bought this band for belly support. It's really not at all comfortable for this use, and I don't think it provides me any support. I also can't use it while sitting which is what I do 90% of the time. What is has been useful for is the ice pack. I really like wrapping it around my chest to get localized pain relief on my back and shoulders, or I use it to hold my heating pad in place. So it's not working as the product is designed to, but I do still use it every day.

Bought to help with round ligament pain when I walk/hike. Didn't do much of anything for me (29 weeks pregnant). It's quite stretchy and I like the pocket hot/cold pack. Since I purchased it on sale I am keeping it for the hot/cold pack convenience.

It says "gel pack included" and both times I purchased, there was none. I decided to keep it the second time because I got discounts so I will just order my own gel pack. I haven't worn it very long but so far it is comfortable. Very disappointed that happened twice but otherwise I like the product.
