My lid wouldn’t open The company sent me a new one, and I am very pleased now

I love our new EyeVac Plus! It is super sleek looking and works really well. We have two small children and two hairy dogs which means keeping things clean is a struggle. The EyeVac has helped immensely! Highly recommend!

As a majority of reviews have noted, the trash can lid stopped working two-days into use. Very frustrating!! Should have read reviews prior to ordering!!!

This thing goes above and beyond what you'd expect from a regular trashcan. It's the perfect size for my kitchen and being able to sweep dust and crumbs directly into the bottom of the trash is a game changer. I honestly thought this would be more of a gimmicky product but it's truly a cool piece of technology that is easy to use, reliable, and has become one of my favorite kitchen tools. As an avid cook and someone who spends a lot of time in the kitchen, this thing has really saved me a lot of time and helps keep kitchen odors at bay.

I have a tile floor kitchen, and a dog that sheds ALL THE TIME! This can is a life saver! I am easily able to maintain my floors every day without the hassle of dragging out the vaccuum or dust pan! Little pricy but worth it!

With already owning the Eyevac Home, I was excited to get this amazing new "kitchen gadget!"The 2-in-1 Trash Can & Vacuum is, hands down, the greatest addition to any home. The automatic opening and touchless activation make it so easy when cooking or cleaning. I love that I do not have to touch it. And the suction on the vacuum is so strong; it oicks up everything!I am so happy with this device!

Lid stopped opening in less than 2 months. But contacted seller and they sent out new lid quickly. Has worked for past month no problem

Pretty good idea for a trashcan. Really liked it for the first few days until the lid stopped working. It's stuck open about six inches and won't work automatically anymore. We've had it two weeks. Vacuum canister still works and is handy. A lot of money for a trash can that breaks in two weeks. Working on warranty replacement now.Original purchase delivered 2/20/2023. The original lid failed within a month, it was stuck open. Company was responsive and supportive replacing the first lid.Update 4/2 2023: Received a replacement lid for the original broken one 2-weeks ago. Unfortunately it failed today. This one has failed closed, the motor won't open the lid. Sent another warranty request for a replacement.Update 4/9/23. Several days following the 4/2 post, the vacuum function failed on the can. We contacted the company and instead of sending a lid, they offered to replace the entire unit. Have to say the company has been very responsive and timely in handling my issue.
