We have a very modern home and we love to keep our floors clean so we thought that this product would be perfect as everyone else said it stopped working within two days the lid just stayed open and we didn’t want to force it to close we tried resetting it reviewing the manual it no longer works what a waste of $300 save your money it’s so frustrating to not buy this Going to contact Customer Service to see if they can help to resolve this

Got it brand new in the box. Removed it and set it up. The lid makes the sound and senses your hand but it will NOT open! Why would you ship something without testing it out and making certain that it is working. You can look at the hinge on the back of the lid and see that it is not correctly aligned. So, it was put together to tingly or something. Anyway, if is a lot of money to pay for something that does not work!

Was really excited about this trash can but the automatic lid broke within the first week and the plug disconnected from the bottom of the trash can within the first two weeks so now my overpriced fanch vacuum trash can is just a overpriced regular trash can/symbol of disspointment.

Lid stopped working 2 months after I got it

I’ve had this trash can for a little over a week… there has not been a day where it didn’t start malfunctioning or breaks w the slightest issue. I’ve tried resetting and even had an engineer friend of mine come by and fix it a few times already. Bought a replacement on the third day… WASTED TIME AND MONEY

First one revived as Christmas gift and the vac began smelling like it was burning and then the lid quit working sounded like it was slipping on gears when trying to open. We then purchased another one and the lid simply would not open more than 2 inches within sixty days. Reached out to seller with no response. Reached out to seller a second time no answer to date. Will not be buying another one poly built and won’t last.

I was so excited for this trash can. When it came, it was easy to put together. I followed all the instructions. The lid stopped working and wouldn't close the same day I got it. I hard reset it like the instructions said. I hadn't even used it yet. It would not close. I emailed the manufacturer. It was a weekend so they wouldn't get back to me until 48 business hours later. I ended up returning it and getting a replacement, but it's been a month now and the order says it's not shipped yet. I can't cancel the order because then I won't get my money back. Big disappointment. I was so excited for the vacuum part which seemed to work fine but I wasn't going to keep such an expensive item if it wasn't fully working. The people emailed me back and said they would replace it under the warranty but I had already returned it to Amazon and ordered a replacement. All of which I have not received.

( had a little water in it after wiping) came home to melted holes in the bottom of the can.it melted when not even plugged in. planning on throwing it away- unless the vendor will take it back.I obviously threw away the packaging last month when it seemed to be working fine
