I'm not one to leave a review, but I had to with this product! It WORKS! Root and all! My only complaint is I have to go back and fill the holes with some dirt, but I'm not complaining! I can't believe the root on such a little weed! 9/10 only because I have to fill the holes with some dirt.

This is one of the best purchases I've ever made. Received it today and pulled a ton of weeds in our yard. It was easy. Works as intended and exactly as described. Love it. Our yard looks great and my back does not hurt. It's a simple design and works well. Durable also. Thank you for helping make my yard beautiful and saving my back.

My sister told me about Grandpa’s Weeder. Now, she is very, very cheap so when she says something is good, I tend to believe her. Grandpa weeder is so easy to use, no more aching back and no more trying to get up off the ground. Yes, use it after a heavy rain and the weeds pop right out, mostly root and all. Yes, highly recommended!

I’ve used all the brands. They broke or didn’t do what I needed them to. I saw this on Amazon and wanted to support the local and I’m glad I did! Could not wait to use them! The small one is so sturdy & strong. The large one is… well how about this “where have you been all my life ?”

The Grandpa’s Weeder is a well built tool which actually works. It effectively pulls dandelions out by the root. I have purchased three over the past couple of years- one for myself and one for each of my daughters. We all agree that the tool is amazing. One warning- if you have any compulsive tendencies in your personality- be ware. Once you start pulling out those dandelions it is hard to stop!

I found this tool being recommended for pulling dandelions by many users in a lawncare group on social media, so I had to give it a try. This year, our yard was infested with dandelions due to not dropping pre-emergent like normal. When it arrived, I gave it a try and was impressed with how easy and well it worked. I filled up a quarter of a 13-gallon trash bag by the time my wife came out and asked to give it a try. From that point on, she took over and was beyond impressed and couldn't stop saying how satisfying and easy it was to use this new tool. There's no exaggerating about how much she was enjoying it. Then my daughter came outside and saw her mom doing yard work for the first time in her life, and asked what she was doing. She said, "I love this, I'm playing with Grampa's Weeder!" My daughter quickly looked back with a strange look on her face and responded, "Did you just say you love playing with Grampa's Weener?" Yep, the run of jokes and laughter that came after that, was impressive. Besides this tool being everything said it would be, this was the most hilarious time ever had pulling weeds. If you have a sense of humor, and have someone to help, pulling weeds will never be so funny, because this tool has a great pull-out game! My wife just told me that she told her coworkers about Grampa's Wee*er, and every one of them ordered one and can't wait to try it. It worked great on dandelions and the large-rooted weeds we had. In total, we ended up with almost 3, 13-gallon bags full, so my wife practically manually aerated our entire backyard and didn't even realize it!

Our backyard has a ton of weeds. I have fertilized and sprayed roundup. They keep popping up. so, my wife and I started pulling them. It took forever and we were both very sore the day after. We are both in our 30's and we felt like we were 80 years old after a day of weeding. I found this online and was very excited when it was delivered. We tried it last night and loved it. We actually argued (playfully) over who was going to use it. We have so many weeds but this tool put a pretty big dent in the job. I think we can clear the entire yard in a few days. We could have never done that pulling by hand. We love it! It is so easy our 5-year-old is helping.

I dont ever write reviews, but i felt compelled to give credit were credit is due. I am no gardener. Just a simple working mom, with little time or knowledge about how to upkeep my landscaping. This product made it a no brainer! We get TONS or little weeds all over our (already "desert landscape") front yard. Getting down on my hands and knees every week or so was just getting to be too much. Saw this product and decided to give it a try. You dont know what you're missing until you try it. Worth every penny - super easy to use, REALLY WORKS! Fast and easy. Would totally recommend this product to anyone interested in fast and east weeding.

If only I had bought this last year. Works best on dandelions. More stubborn low-lying weeds (chickweed) can be tougher to remove. Crabgrass has to be pulled apart in clumps. Tiny random weeds can still be grasped. Filled a 45-gallon trash barrel in about an hour. The neighbors were watching and will soon be ordering. Very satisfied.

I'm kind of opposed to spraying my yard with toxic chemicals to make it prettier, so I pretty much yank the thistles and dandelions up by hand. This is a whole new way to do it, and it's very satisfying to feel the root snap as you pull it out. It's easy to use - exactly as it says on the package.
