This is an awesome tool! It makes weeding sooo much easier. I just wish I knew about it earlier. This particular weeder is very sturdy and seems like it will last forever. I’ve had so many tools that have gotten bent and broken far too soon. I love the design. Just push down into the ground with your foot on the top of the lever, then place your foot at the end of the lever, which clamps the weeder closed around the root of the weed. Push the handle down toward the lever and out pops the weed! Simple!

If you’re like me, you’re wondering if spending $40 on a gardening tool is worth it. My friends, IT IS. I’ve been eyeing this tool for some time now and finally pulled the trigger and I’m beating myself up for not doing it sooner. I have pulled 10 gallons of dandelions out of my yard in about two hours. This is pure magic. It’s actually fun to pull weeds. In the past I would try to rid myself of dandelions with broadleaf spray but it never worked and I wasted my money. This works every time and cuts chemical use! Win win! Just buy it already and thank yourself later!

This tool grabs a weed… any weed or plant, really and yanks it up by the roots. If you are on the fence with this, buy it. It’s solidly built and will last a long time (and oddly enough is one of those tools you find in your grandparents shed and think… what is this for?). The only drawback is when you are pulling th le weed from the grabber, you are going to want to be wearing gardening gloves. It holds tight and doesn’t let go… that goes for the release as well

Omg this tool is sooo satisfying!!! Do yourself a favor and get yourself one for those pesky dandelions! Just look at that root! I mean it doesn't get the whole root every single time but it’s way better than trying to do it by hand and getting nothing. Plus I didn’t want to use any chemicals around my dog or kill my grass. So it was totally worth the money to me!

One of the things that I love about this weed remover is how simple it is to use. The design is really intuitive, and it's easy to figure out how to operate it. The weed remover is lightweight and easy to handle, making it comfortable to use for extended periods of time. I enjoy this tools as I don't like use lot of chemical applications for the lawn which might effect the environment. This weed remover is incredibly effective. It's able to pull weeds up from the roots, which means that they won't grow back anytime soon. I've found that this weed remover is particularly useful for removing stubborn weeds that have deep roots, as it's able to get down into the soil and pull them out.

This really works! It easily pulls weeds from the lawn and soil. My husband was skeptical when I ordered it but was pleased when he saw how well it worked. His back is bothering him so he is happy to have a tool like this to use. Very high quality and love the fact that it is from a family owned business and made in America.

I got Grandpa's Weeder in 2 day. I had to try it. Real easy to use. I have back problems so it is hard to bend over alot to pull weeds. This did the job. I pulled small weeds first then i thought about this tree or whatever it is (picture) I couldn't pull it up or could my son- in-law. But Grandpa's weeder did, I had to work at it for awhile but i got it out. I recommend it for everyone!!

Every now and again I purchase a product and am extremely surprised by how well it works; this weeder is one of those purchases. I stopped using weed and feed a few years ago and pull the broadleaf weeds by hand, typically using one of those simple "fork on a stick" tools. It definitely worked but it was a slow process. I bought this after seeing a neighbor use one and I'm extremely pleased with it; solid, well-built, easy to use, and it doesn't require me to crawl around on the ground or hunch over like my previous solution. Well done.

This weed “digger” works just as indicated! I have 5 various “dandelion diggers” but this has moved to the top spot in the group. I live in Colorado in the Denver metro area, and we have clay and rocky soil, so that holds back some of the operational excellence of this device, but it still works better and more efficiently than any of my other devices.

I don’t know about you but we have a TON of dandelions in our yard. At first my husband was using his small weeding tool and digging each dandelion out individually. It took forever. I made fun of him for ordering a grampa’s weeder but it works so well getting those deep dandelion roots, it saves his back having to get on the ground, and it takes faster time. We are really happy with our purchase!
