Wow, I really like these gloves! I do a lot of smoking at our cabin. Ribs, pork butt, brisket and the like. I have an offset stick burning smoker and also a large pellet smoker. Especially with the stick burner things can get pretty hot to handle and you almost always need a good pair of gloves when you are tending things. These gloves fit and feel great they go a good ways up your arm which helps protect your wrist when reaching in to adjust whatever you are cooking. They are also reversible, same on Palm as on back. The fact that I can throw them in the washing machine when I'm done and clean them is another big plus. As you can see from the picture I had my Blackstone electric griddle to 400° and was able to lay my hand flat on the grill. I could feel the heat and did not remain there long but it did not burn me at all. This will be much better than the nasty old welding gloves I've been using LOL! If you love rolling the smoke like I do you can't go wrong with these.Update: Used these today to cook a cylinder of potatoes, onions, vegetables and sausage and they worked great. 450°, handled it with ease.

Just what I wanted and really needed. I been needing a pair for my offgrid property to use while cooking on the grill. This works perfect for me to be able to handle to good without burning myself. It's great quality thick and works as intended. I highly recommend these.

I love using these gloves, especially on the firewood pizza oven, can still feel the heat from the 1000 degree oven, but these are tremendous help in protecting against burns. Highly recommended.

Large size gloves will fit even the biggest hands. They have good grips and nice protection. Got them for my mom after she caught a potholder on fire grilling with it. These are so much more protective. Well made and comfortable to wear- your hands do get a little toasty inside especially here in Arizona summers.

I like the added protection the long cuff affords. They are not stiff like some of my oven mitts.

I have owned a few versions of grill/kitchen gloves, including the original "ove glove", which started it all. These are effective and easy to put on and take off. They have enough silicone on the palm to keep the heat at bay for a reasonable amount of time. I like that they cover the wrist area as I will occasionally grill at very high heat and my wrists will become exposed. After using these gloves, I can definitely recommend them...they are effective for both grilling at high heat and using for general duty around the kitchen.

These gloves are great for working around the grill and protecting your hands. You can grab handles and cookware that is extremely hot and not burn your hands. The gloves protect really well and that's nice to have when you have 3 foot of red hot cooking surface in front of you.The only thing you can't really do with these is directly handle food. The base gloves are knit-like with exposed fuzzy fabric so you would not want to grab food with them. Pretty much anything else is not a problem and I use these every time I grill. Super useful and a good value for the money!

These gloves are excellent! We do a lot of smoking on BGEs and cooking on the griddle. It gets really hot turning meat or handing cast iron pots and skillets in the smoker. We've been using wielding gloves which are big awkward mitten type gloves. These gloves fit great and the fingers really help give you more dexterity. They are a combination of a material and silicone making them more flexible. The added bonus, both sides are the same so they're reversible.

I got these for a friend who does a lot of outdoor cooking. He is happy that they fit his 'man hands' and protects his wrists. They work great on the grill and smokers
