I can only speak to one of the pans, since that is the only one I have used. It is one of the frying pans and I would say that it is the best frying pan I have ever used. Nothing sticks and it is super easy to clean. My wife has used the other pans and loves them. The handle on the lids do get hot, but as long as you are aware of it, there should not be a problem. It would be nice to have something between the 2.5 qt sauce pan and the 8 qt stock pot.

This cookware set was a bit of a treat I got myself after decades of cooking with cheap pots and pans. Cooking with these is so much more enjoyable!!! I seriously haven’t scrubbed a pan in months! These also have not gotten scratched or warped or ruined at all after a couple months of frequent use, and I expect they will last for several years! I am beyond pleased with my purchase and feel like a chef any time I make scrambled eggs now :) Love my calphalon pans!!

Wife researched to get a set that didn't have some type of chemicals associated with non stick surfaces. These are really great. They are heavy duty and love cooking with them

I've never tried this brand but heard great reviews about it. Love the set, nice heavy sturdy quality! Nothing sticks to it, and heats up evenly. Couple scratches on the bottom of one of the pans but nothing to worry about.

Packaging was outstanding and every piece arrived in perfect shape. They heat quickly and evenly. The nonstick surface is incredibly effective and easy to clean. Of course I can't speak to durability yet, but by all appearances they are made for the long haul.

These pans are......AMAZING!! The variety I got are all pots and pans I use frequently. Love having the glass lids so I can see my food inside without having to take the lid off. They do take a little longer to warm up and for the food to begin cooking, but this is because the material they're made of takes that heat and evenly distributes it throughout the pan and then retain steady temperature cooking your food just right. The non-stick surface is so nice to have and unlike any other "non-stick" coated pan I've ever used. I made homemade chili 2 days a go and then we had it for dinners 2 nights in a row. After dinner the first night I just waited for the chili to cool, put the lid on the pot and just put it on the top rack in the fridge so that it'd be quick to grab and throw right back on the stove to warm for dinner that following night. By the end of night 2, all the chili was gone but there was a pretty thick layer of food goop all along the inside of the pan. Imagine my surprise when all it took was hot water from the hand sprayer from the sink to remove every single little bit of that goop. I didn't even have to use soap! I was so shocked I grabbed the sponge and a squirt of soap and bubbled it all up anyway and gave it a little swish swash anyway. Why did I not buy these sooner?!?!

My first set of Calphalon lasted me 14 years, 3 moves and hundreds of dinners. I ordered this 11 pc set and it is awesome. Has a good weight to all pans and the lids are more solid and hefty. You will appreciate the quality of these pots and pans!

I did a lot of scrolling trying to find the best set that I hope would last some time. I decided on this set. When it arrived, there was a small dent on the rim of the lid on the larger pan. This, I didn't mind so much since I almost never use the lids when I cook. They are a bit on the heavy side, so if you have weak wrists, this probably would not the best for you. The long handles do stay cool, however, the shorter loop handles do get incredibly hot, you'd need oven mitts to handle them. The handles on the lids get quite hot as well. I've mostly gotten used to it but this is the most accurate description that I can think of. These are immensely easy to clean. I wash them with soap and water and wipe them down with a papertowl. They great.

These pots and pans are the best we have ever used, hands down! I have now purchased 2 sets of Calphalon for my husband - an 8pc and a 10pc, as well as a separate griddle - and every time he uses them, he thanks me. The hard anodized nonstick coating has made both our lives so much easier.Not only WOULD I recommend this cookware to friends and family, I HAVE and several of them have already purchased some of their own!
