Love Calphalon. Had them for years and years. Needed new ones and got these. Pots are amazing. Very easy to clean. However, the lid handles HEAT UP and will burn your hand. Burned me first, then my daughter. Just cooking vegetables. Lesson learned but can’t use the pot lids without oven mitt. Buyer beware.

We ordered this set because we've gotten a lot of use out of a previous Calphalon pan, but that pan was starting to lose its non-stick surface after 2-3 years.Even though these new pans say they're metal utensil safe and dishwasher safe, we've set house rules to make them last as long as possible: wood and silicone utensils only, and hand wash only.Even with no metal utensil usage, after less than a month, these pans are already showing scratches in the nonstick finish. I want to love them, but this level of durability is totally unacceptable.

We were very disappointed with the condition these pans came in. They did not look brand new. There were scratches on numerous pans and one pan had some of the coating removed from it. For the original price that we would’ve paid on these pans they wouldn’t have been worth it.

They really aren't that stick proof

The media could not be loaded. This product was received in an external brown box. The box for the product itself appeared to have been original and unopened. The internal packaging was neat and supported the cookware well. When we removed the first few items, we found the pot lids to be smaller in dimension than the pots making it so they move around quite a bit. From experience, I know that this is not normal for this brand as I have quite a few older pieces. This would also cause the pots to lose steam during cooking. There was also a scratch on one of the larger glass lids. Sending an online contact request to Calphalon (per Amazon instructions) has not produced any results after 3 days. Very disappointed thus far.

I've owned Caphelon hard anozided pots/pans for the last 13 years. I absolutely love them, cannot kill them. You can cut directly in them. The only downfall was they were not dishwasher safe. Anyway, I thought I'd treat myself to a new, expensive set and expect them to last another 10 years. I received and they look beautiful..I upacked and threw away the packaging!!!!! Big mistake. The first time I cooked, I went to take the top off and burned by hand. Could not believe the handle gets too hot to touch. Who would design a pot top that you cannot remove without a mitt? AND, I cut a piece of chicken in the pot and scratched it up. Very, very disappointing. Apparently they don't make the model I formally owned but these pots are definitely not worth the money. Do Not Buy, Too expensive for this poor quality.

These pans will warp because of the heat. They don't lay flat on a glass stove top anymore and they do scratch just as easy as a lower end product. I wouldn't recommend.

Bought this in “Used Like New” condition and the description stated the original packaging “may have SOME damage.” The bomb was utterly destroyed. Additionally, I would describe the product in “Good” (not very good or like new) condition. Scratches, chips areas with non-stick coating missing, and poor sanding (rough, uneven areas) on several pieces. Granted, these are very small areas, but there are just too many of them. The cookware is usable, but I can see where it would not hold up well over time. This is the third time in past several months I’ve had this experience of untruthful descriptions from Amazon warehouse.

The cookware was delivered Aug 23. I used 2 of the smaller pots 1 time each and was thrilled with the heat conduction on my stove. On Aug 31 I used the 10 inch frypan to make toasted cheese sandwiches. I was still very pleased until it came time to hand wash the frypan. The embossing on the bottom of the frypan created a 3 inch by 1 inch etched scratch across the the top of my glass top electric stove. No longer PLEASED! I could not recommend this cookware. PLEASE think about this before you purchase!

I've waited to give a review on these as everything is generally good when a product is new. We have had this pot and pan set for about 2.5 years. Initially, they were great. Easy to clean, dishwasher safe, seemed heavy duty enough to last...but...Over the past 6-months, we have noticed that the pans are starting to warp, making them not lat flat on our cook top (wobbly) and cook very unevenly. They are so bad now, for example, if we are cooking 4 eggs, they end up all on one half of the pan.Unfortunately, these are pretty much junk now...what a waste of money. On a side note, the pots seems to still be flat, but we use these much less than the frying pans.
