So far, so good. Read a lot of mixed reviews ranging from great to junk, from easy set up to difficult, and from crappy parts to missing parts. Mine was packaged nice, tight, and worry free. Instructions may have been a little tough, but my eyes are needing glasses, lol. I search the model/lock and found YouTube video of install and setting codes. Was a breeze. Set up in less than 1/2 hour from start to clean up. Working as it should. All features work as I hoped they would. Price was right as well. I’ve hD for 1 week. We’ll see how holds up over time.

We really Needed a new door knob after for the umpteenth time of being locked out the house due to the door automatically locking and my husband decided that we would order something that was programmable this one is perfect no more locking myself out of the house no more fumbling for my keys in the dark great sturdy door lock no problems whatsoever with installation or setting up

The product is really great and functions accordingly. However What I really want to talk about is their customer service one of the pieces seem to of the pieces seem to have not been correctly put together and I reached out to the company and they overnighted me a new part with extra screws and it worked and it was absolutely flawless and without any problems whatsoever very easy! Top notch customer service!!!

Put it on our external basement door, which is protected by the porch. It's nice not to have to bring a key to get into my basement! I also like that I can set up another password if I need to grant temporary access. The only funny thing is that you have to unlock it with the little knob from the inside, when it's locked. But that's a nit I can live with for such an inexpensive knob lock.

Complete trash. I bought two of these. The first broke when installing so I was optimistic and bought a second. The lock catches and the buttons have to be pushed in hard. Waste of money on both and do not reccomend.

I am very happy with my products. I use it for my 4 rooms to rent airbnb and it helps me not gove anyone a key. Very reliable. Just remember to change batteries ever 4 to 6 months make sire its alkaline. I called customer support and they are really nice people. Down to earth and i had a small malfunction on one and they sent me another one to replace it no questions asked. So i am super pleased and my experience for a year now has been really good. Thats my experience. Again change batteries and keep spare keys outside of the room lol as that was my mistake haj not theres.

I didn't personally install this so I'm not sure how easy it was but I know that its very quick to do its job once its in, you type in the code and it unlocks within 0.5 seconds, absolutly no lag. The keypad lights up when you type and automatically re locks within about 15 seconds of opening the door so I never ever have the issue of forgetting to lock it. You type it in, it unlocks and lets you in, locks its self and then you can just close the door when your done and it closes locked.

I love that after a few attempts of wrong code it starts with a beeping alarm. However, I am not sure how long that lasts for. Was easy to install and set up. Only downfall I have come across is sometimes kids accidentally lock it when opening or closing the door. Have had it for months now and still works as good as day 1.

I use this locking door knob to keep a child out of a room. It works great and the satin nickel finish is nice. It's basically the same one at Lowe's but $20 cheaper on Amazon. I have it set to auto-lock and the motor inside is a bit noisy, but only lasts a second while it's working. I would buy it again and my friend is buying the same one because they liked it too. UPDATE: The lock burns through batteries. Brand new Duracell only lasted 3 weeks (I use auto-relock mode) Need to use lithium or preferably rechargeable batteries in this lock.
